One year with covid 19. Everyone is at home, feeling the restrictions. This scenario impacts our emotions. We would like to share some tips to help you to deal with it.

Our emotions shape our view of the world and the way how we interact. Sometimes we don't see the entire picture because our emotions get the best out of us. If we are emotional, we see just a part of reality, and we tend to react. Let's learn how to improve our way of dealing with this energy.

How knowledgeable are you of your emotions?

Some emotions are light, and others are heavier. Some emotions led you to evolve, and others will make you feel drained.

We challenge you to observe your emotions, and if you don't like some of them, you can do something about it.

Acting instead of reacting

When we feel emotions, usually we tend to react instinctively. If you are not happy with some of them, we will leave you a challenge: next time that you feel one of that emotions, stop, take a long and deep breath and use that powerful energy to build something positive. One of the best ways of doing that is putting yourself in another person shoes and transforming that energy into a positive emotion, work or art piece.
